ADAPTIT-EUROPEAN UNIVERSITY OF CYPRUS: MEMORANDUM OF COOPERATION FOR SEMINARS ON CYBER SECURITY
ADAPTIT group and the European University of Cyprus, concluded a Memorandum of Cooperation in the framework of the exclusive cooperation for the organization and conduct of seminars on the basic issues of security in the field of Information and Communications (Cyber Security & Artificial Intelligence).
The European University of Cyprus, which since this year is the regional hub of the Alternative Finance Collaboration Network (CAFC) of the University of Cambridge for the Eastern Mediterranean, North Africa and the Middle East, also hosts the CYBER.CERIDES center which provides expertise on cyber security and risk & decision science through research, education and training, consulting and entrepreneurship.
ADAPTIT undertakes the conduct of seminars aimed at people who want to be informed about basic security issues in the field of Information and Communications, which are called to be faced and managed not only by a specialist but every citizen in his daily work or personal space.
In addition to the theoretical trainings accredited by the European University of Cyprus which will take place at the Library of Archbishop Ieronymos B’ in Inofyta, ADAPTIT will provide trainees with the experience of real applications through real-environment laboratory courses (DDoS Attacks and Protection, Cryptography – Cryptanalysis, etc.), which will be carried out in the high-tech premises of ADAPTIT.
