ADAPTIT CONTRACTED SIGNIFICANT PROJECT WITH THE HOLY ARCHDIOCESE OF ATHENS

ADAPTIT contracted with the Holy Archdiocese of Athens the implementation of the project “Digital tour of monuments of the religious cultural reserve of the historical center of the city of Athens”.

The object of the contract is the development of digital guided tours for 32 monuments of cultural, historical and religious interest in the historical center of Athens.

As part of the project, 32 high-quality 3D renderings will be designed and implemented for each of the selected monuments. The 3D models for each monument will cover both the interior and exterior spaces.For the production of the 3D models of the monuments, a 3D scanner and corresponding software will be used to fully cover both the interior and exterior spaces of the selected monuments.
In addition, there will be the possibility of digital virtual reality tours both through a web browser using the appropriate technology, and through special virtual reality sets.

The value of the project amounts to 1.213.000 euros, excluding VAT.
