NEW CONTRACT FOR AN ITSM SOLUTION AT FRAPORT GREECE

A contract for the PROCUREMENT, INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT OF AN IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT (ITSM) SOLUTION has been awarded by Fraport Greece to ADAPTIT.
The IBM Control Desk ITSM platform based solution will replace the existing Microsoft SCSM. The primary objective of the ITSM tool is to support the operations environment by facilitating the tasks and workflows associated with the management and delivery of quality IT&T services. In addition, the new system introduces new features providing improved and advanced set of controls over all relevant management activities across the whole lifecycle of services, fully ITIL compliant.
