Key Account Manager
Responsibilities
• Supports the Company’s commercial objectives by product group and customer.
• Ensures the qualitative and quantitative sales targets.
• Monitors the progress of sales and takes corrective actions to achieve the agreed sales goals.
• Ensures the retention of existing customer portfolio and works on the attraction of new customers according to the Company’s products offerings both with the Greek market and abroad.
• Monitors and evaluates market and competitive trends and data.
• Manages and resolves customer issues and/or complaints.
• Responsible for presentations, sales results reports and proposals.
• Represents the Company at conferences, exhibitions etc.
• Responsibility for submitting bids/proposals to clients.
• Managing Company’s existing Key Accounts.
Qualifications
• Degree in Business or Telecommunications/Engineering.
• 5 plus years of experience as Key Account Manager in telecommunications.
• Experience in sales i.e. access networks, core networks and security solutions.
• Experience in tender submissions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with hands on attitude.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Excellent skills in MS Office.
