Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Junior/Mid Software Engineer with IBM Maximo background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, customization, and support of the IBM Maximo Management system. This role requires a good understanding of Maximo’s functionalities and the ability to tailor the system to meet the needs of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• System Administration: Manage and maintain the IBM Maximo system, ensuring high availability and performance plus day-to-day operations of projects
• Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Maximo modules (e.g., Enterprise Asset Management, IBM Control Desk, Maximo Application Suites) to meet business requirements.
• Integration: Develop and support integrations between Maximo and other enterprise systems.
• User Support: Provide technical support to Maximo users.
• Data Management: Oversee data quality and integrity within the Maximo system, including data imports and exports.
• Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business operations and decision-making.
• Upgrades and Patches: Plan and execute Maximo upgrades, patches, and system enhancements.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working with IBM Maximo Asset Management, including system administration and customization.
• Technical Skills: Experienced SQL, Scripting Languages (JavaScript, Python), REST/SOAP API, Linux Command Line.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Communication: Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders (both Greek and English).
Preferred Skills (nice to have):
• Knowledge of industry-standard practices in asset management and maintenance.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and deployment.
• IBM Maximo Certifications.
